NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion men's tennis team improved to 7-1 on the season after taking Liberty (4-3) by a 6-1 score on Friday night at the Folkes-Stevens Tennis Center. The Monarchs improved their home record to 6-0 record at home. ODU has outscored its opponents 39-11 so far this season. The Tennis Monarchs have won four straight matches.
"I'm really proud of our group today," said ODU head coach Dominik Mueller. "We are starting to play more consistent and our doubles play is coming together nicely. I like the dynamic of our teams and we can see that in good results.
