NORFOLK, Va. – The Old Dominion lacrosse team (3-4, 0-0 BIG EAST) suffered a 22-9 loss against Davidson (2-3, 0-0 A-10) on Wednesday afternoon at the L.R. Hill Sports Complex.
The Wildcats struck early and often, scoring seven of the first eight goals of the contest, two of which came from the stick of Anna West. Back-to-back goals from Glory Johnson, ended the Davidson run and cut the Monarch deficit to four goals with just over 13 minutes left in the first half.
Davidson would rattle of six more goals to close the half and take a 13-3 lead into the locker rooms.
