MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- The Old Dominion women's lacrosse team recorded its program-record 14th victory of the season on Sunday, defeating Central Michigan, 17-8, in Mount Pleasant, Michigan.
In addition to the single-season win record, Ashmore Standing scored five goals to move into second place on the ODU all-time scoring list and Connor Carson set the single-season draw control record with her 64th of the year.
"It is fun. I think the girls are really excited about it," said head coach Heather Holt about the record-setting victory. "We started off the game really well, so it was a good win and a good weekend overall.
