NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion women's soccer head coach, Angie Hind, announced the addition of Erin Jones to the roster on Wednesday afternoon. Jones, a goalkeeper from Ruther Glen, Va., is a transfer from Liberty and will be a redshirt freshman for the Monarchs in 2020.
Jones played her club ball for FC Fredericksburg and attended Fredericksburg Christian School, where he was a three-time DAC All-Conference selection from 2014-17. In 2016, she was named the DAC Player of the Year. Jones was also a U.S. Soccer Training Center Camp invitee.
"We were looking to bring a quality goalkeeper in to strengthen our squad for this fall and we are therefore thrilled to sign Erin, as she not only comes with talent but also experience at the college level," explained Hind.
