NORFOLK, Va. - For the first time in school history Old Dominion University football will host Virginia Tech in Norfolk, as the No. 10 Hokies come to Foreman Field at S.B. Ballard Stadium on Saturday, Sept. 22 for a 3:30 p.m. start on CBS Sports Network.
