CHANDLER, Ariz. -- Old Dominion field hockey's Megan Byas and Danielle Grega were named to the 2016 Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-South Region Second Team, as was announced by the National Field Hockey Coaches Association on Tuesday. Byas received the honor for the second time in her career while Grega earned All-Region distinction for the first time.
One of just 66 seniors in Division I field hockey receiving the honor, Byas was one of three defenders named to the All-South Region Second Team. The senior from Driffield, England concluded her career at ODU last month before being named first team All-BIG EAST and receiving an invitation to play in the Victory Sports Tours/NFHCA Senior Game.
