NORFOLK — Eleventh-ranked Bryan Lantry beat No. 8 Sa’Derian Perry at 141 pounds, and Buffalo topped Old Dominion 19-12 in a Mid-American Conference Wrestling dual.
Lantry won 11-3 for the Bulls (8-4, 1-2), who handed the Monarchs (5-5, 3-2) their second loss in conference duals.
ODU’s Kevin Budock defeated Jason Estevez 5-3 in overtime at 149 pounds, and No. 23 Seldon Wright (Oscar Smith High) beat Jake Lanning 11-5 at 174 pounds.
No. 19 Michael McGee (125) and No. 7 Larry Early (157) also won for the Monarchs, who host Southern Illinois University Edwardsville at 7 p.
