FAIRFAX, Va. – Old Dominion rowing helped the Big 12 take home first at the George Mason Invitational on Sunday, April 23, in Fairfax, Virginia.
The Lady Monarchs joined forces with Kansas and West Virginia to form a Big 12 triumvirate that competed against the A-10 (George Mason, George Washington and Dayton) and the CAA (Delaware, Eastern Michigan and Buffalo).
The Big 12 claimed the scoring title with 52 points while the A-10 placed second with 30. The CAA came in third with 26 points.
In the morning session, ODU took on the two teams from the Big 12 conference, Kansas and West Virginia, for inter-conference heats.
