NORFOLK, Va. – Old Dominion University athletics had a record seven teams record its highest multi-year APR score in program history, as reported today by the NCAA. This year's APR is based on scores submitted for 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19.
The Monarchs had four programs record a perfect four-year APR score, including women's golf, men's swimming, and men's and women's tennis. Women's golf and women's tennis recorded perfect scores for the second-straight year, while men's swimming and men's tennis were perfect for the first time in program history. Last week, the NCAA honored these four sports for finishing in the top-10 percent of the APR in their respective sport.
