NORFOLK – Eighty-six Old Dominion University student athletes and seven spirit squad members will earn degrees from the University this weekend in the May exercises or in August.
Among the graduates are All-Americans Sarah Breen of field hockey and Chris Mecate of wrestling, who were named the ODU Alumni Association Male and Female Athletes of the Year last week, and Mackenzie Payment of women’s swimming, who earned senior female scholar-athlete of the year honors.
