52 Student-Athletes Earn C-USA Commissioner's Academic Medal

IRVING, Texas – Old Dominion University had 52 student-athletes earn the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal during the 2017-18 academic year, Commissioner Judy MacLeod announced today. Medals are given to those C-USA student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.75 or better.

A total of 709 student-athletes have earned the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal during the 2017-18 academic year, a 10 percent increase from a year ago.

Charlotte had the most medal winners with 65, while Rice had 62 and UAB had 61. ODU had 52 Medal Winners.
