It was deja vu for Dean Heil.

In the second meeting in two months against No. 2 Joey McKenna, the top-ranked Cowboy at 141 pounds needed sudden victory to grab a win Sunday afternoon in Gallagher-Iba Arena.

McKenna looked poised to avenge his only loss of the season at the Southern Scuffle midway through the extra period. But Heil scrambled out of a strong shot to score a takedown for a 3-1 victory. The win improves the sophomore Cowboy to 23-0.

Heil was one of three Cowboys to win in sudden victory, and No. 4 OSU (12-2, 6-0 in Big 12) used five bonus-point victories to cruise to its second shutout of the season with a 41-0 win over Stanford.
