The court date for Michael Weathers, an Oklahoma State men’s basketball player, was rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Weathers was initially set to appear in court at 10 a.m. Monday. The case involves the grand felony larceny charge he faces after reportedly stealing a woman’s wallet and using her debit card to buy drinks on Sept. 9 at J.R. Murphy’s.
Thursday, a criminal misdemeanor charge of knowingly concealing property was filed against Weathers, according to the Oklahoma State Courts Network website. His new court date is set as part of Tuesday’s misdemeanor docket instead of the Monday felony docket.
