At Oklahoma State basketball media day, coach Mike Boynton said he was ready to focus on the positive energy and to move past the off-court incidents from last year.
Unfortunately for Boynton, the off-court incidents have reared their head once again.
A protective order has been filed against Marcus Watson, a freshman on OSU's men's basketball team.
The order was filed and granted on Oct. 21.
Oklahoma State Athletics released a prepared statement to the O'Colly on Saturday.
"OSU is aware of the request for protective order and takes such matters seriously," the statement said.
