Three Cowboys made the trip to Indianapolis for the NFL Scouting Combine. Chris Carson has already turned in an impressive showing with the running backs on Friday. Ashton Lampkin will get his chance on Monday when the defensive backs are in action.
Sunday was Vincent Taylor’s turn as the defensive linemen and linebackers were on display.
As an inside tackle (and at 304 pounds), Taylor wasn’t going for eye-popping numbers. But he showed off his strength, tying for 10th-best in bench press reps among D-linemen (26) earning him a “top performer” status.
His best 40 time was 5.
