Tylan Wallace Named Biletnikoff Semifinalist After Big Bedlam Showing

Following his second 200-yard performance in three weeks, OSU receiver Tylan Wallace has been named a semifinalist for the Biletnikoff Award, given annually to college football’s top receiver by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club.

Wallace, the true sophomore who saw the field sparingly behind a star-studded senior class including last year’s winner James Washington, quickly took over the Cowboys’ No. 1 receiver role with a 10-catch, 166-yard effort in Week 2 against South Alabama. And he hasn’t slowed down since.

On Saturday in Norman, Wallace secured his seventh triple-digit outing in the second quarter. His 220 yards on 10 catches also resulted in two touchdowns.
