Tulsa Bishop Kelley star safety and running back Zach Middleton will head to Oklahoma State after announcing his commitment to the Cowboys via Twitter on Friday. Middleton’s commitment comes less than a month after he received an offer April 10.
Middleton rushed for 1,129 yards and 15 touchdowns on 105 carries and also had 200 receiving yards for the Comets. On the defensive side of the ball, he had 83 tackles, including 42 solo, and 11 passes defended, one interception and two forced fumbles.
The 5-foot-11, 190-pounder selected the Cowboys over Air Force, Arkansas State, Army, Eastern Michigan, Iowa State, William & Mary and BYU.
