Oklahoma State lost its sixth straight game this past Saturday, this time to Arizona State, 42-21.
Here are three takeaways from the game:
Defense still flat
The Cowboys gave up more than 470 yards for the fifth consecutive game, allowing 530 yards against ASU. Quarterback Sam Leavitt passed for 304 yards and three touchdowns.
OSU allowed the Sun Devils to convert on third down 10 of 16 times and twice on fourth down.
The Cowboys couldn't stop running back Cam Skattebo, rushing for 153 yards and a touchdown on 23 carries and receiving 121 yards and two touchdowns in four receptions.
