Parker Scott hadn’t pitched for the Oklahoma State baseball team in nearly two years.
When he returned from injury, he played in an MLB venue.
The Cowboys edged Michigan 3-2 on Sunday in the Dodger Stadium College Baseball Classic in Los Angeles.
Scott, a left-handed sophomore, pitched at the end of the sixth inning and notched two outs.
His most recent appearance in an OSU game was March 12, 2017. Scott had an injury in his throwing arm and redshirted in 2018.
He isn’t the only Cowboy pitcher who has returned after missing last season because of injury.
