Oklahoma State suffered its fourth loss in six games, as it fell 92-78 against Arizona in Gallagher-Iba Arena Tuesday night.
The Cowboys could not keep up with the Wildcats’ transition game, as they only scored 10 fast-break points to Arizona’s 15. Head coach Steve Lutz said turnovers and having players play extended minutes led to the loss.
“We had 12 turnovers, which is too many,” Lutz said. “Those three in the first half when Arturo went to the bench and Keller had to play extended minutes at the point guard, I thought those really hurt us…But at the end of the day, I think offensively, we played well enough to win.
