Three-star defensive tackle Enoch Jackson, a 6-foot, 290-pound prospect from Mansfield Legacy High School in Mansfield, Texas, announced this weekend that he has trimmed his list of schools to six.
His list, which he says is of the schools he’s solely focusing on now, is Oklahoma State, Georgia, Texas Tech, Arkansas, Ole Miss and Iowa. He eliminated Florida, Houston, Indiana, Kansas State, Missouri and a handful of others recently after naming a top eight schools just less than a month ago.
Jackson logged 52 tackles, 19 for loss, and 6 sacks en route to earning defensive MVP honors for Mansfield Legacy last season.
