Three-star defensive tackle Xavier Ross of Cedar Hill High School in Cedar Hill, Texas became the sixth addition to Oklahoma State’s 2019 class when he committed to the Pokes on Saturday morning. Ross joins recent commit Isreal Isuman-Hundley on the defensive line and is a top 150 player from the state of Texas.
Ross was offered a scholarship a few months ago and chose the Pokes over Purdue, Baylor, Indiana and Air Force. As 247 points out, he has probably gone a bit under-recruited given his 6-3, 285-pound frame.
… He is a Power Five-caliber interior defender from a perennially talent-laden big-school program that since 2006 has won three state championships in Texas’ largest classification.
