The highlight of Trey Reeves’ career happened at Arkansas during his sophomore season.
The Oklahoma State men’s basketball team fell to the Razorbacks 66-65, but Cowboy walk-on Reeves had an opportunity to play. In front of a crowd that included several of his family members, Reeves made a layup in the paint, extending OSU’s lead to 24-11 about midway through the first half.
Reeves listed that moment as one of his favorite memories as a Cowboy, along with earning a scholarship spot during his junior year. The two points against Arkansas have been the only points of his career, but the impact he makes on his team is something no stat sheet can summarize.
