Adacia Chambers, the suspect in the Oklahoma State homecoming car crash, has been formally charged with three counts of second-degree murder.
Wednesday, Chamber was charged with the deaths of 65-year-old Marvin and Bonnie Stone, 23-year-old Nikita Nikal and two-year-old Nash Lucas,plus 46 counts of assault and battery with means likely to produce death.
Each murder count comes with a possible punishment of 10 years to life in prison.
Chambers’ lawyer Tony Coleman argues that his client is mentally ill and had her undergo a psychiatric evaluation. In her evaluation, she said she was “talking to Jesus.
