Former Oklahoma State defensive end Antonio Smith will play for the Lombardi Trophy with the Denver Broncos against the Carolina Panthers at Super Bowl 50 at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif.
Smith, 34, has three tackles and one sack this postseason for Denver. The John Marshall product out of Oklahoma City recorded nine tackles and 2.5 sacks in 16 regular-season games.
Denver earned a berth in the Super Bowl by knocking off AFC defending champion New England, 20-18, in the AFC Championship. Carolina easily punched their ticket with a 49-15 victory over the Arizonan Cardinals in the NFC Championship game.
