Hannah Warner, a goalkeeper on the Oklahoma State soccer team, started in her first match on Thursday since OSU’s Bedlam series game back in August.
Warner helped the Cowgirls defeat Kansas 5-2 at Neal Patterson Stadium.
Warner said it felt great to be back out on the field playing.
“I thought I would be nervous to play again and get back in the swing of things, but it feels really really good,” Warner said. “I’ve been urging to get on that field for a long time now.”
The sophomore goalkeeper started in the games against Lamar and Oklahoma, but was pulled out of the Bedlam match after an injury.
