Oklahoma State is on its way to a rout of shorthanded Baylor in Waco, but it may come at a steep cost. Just before halftime with the Pokes up 28-0, star defender Trace Ford, a sophomore who has emerged as an irreplaceable force rushing the quarterback off the edge, suffered an apparent knee injury.
Ford went down in a heap on the field and was tended to by trainers as he grimaced in pain. OSU coach Mike Gundy came to check on the health of his star player as well, and it appears as if he expressed concern about his ACL after quickly assessing the situation.
