KANSAS CITY– Sitting in the home locker room after the opening round of the Big 12 Tournament, Avery Anderson III sat in a black foldout chair with a bright expression.
Anderson didn’t see the floor, still wearing a cast on his left wrist after having surgery in early February.
Yet, he looked giddy as ever.
Why? It was simple.
“You know what it is, it’s Bedlam,” Anderson said.
OSU defeated Oklahoma for the third time this season, keeping its NCAA Tournament aspirations alive while ending the Sooners' season in an ugly, low-scoring bought.
Although the 57-49 victory wasn’t the flashiest, it puts the Cowboys in an improved position for March.
