Andrew Rosa clapped and pointed both hands skyward, his last moment of peace before his teammates surrounded on him and doused him with water.
Rosa’s walk-off double in the 11th inning gave Oklahoma State a 7-6 victory against Oral Roberts on Tuesday at Allie P. Reynolds Stadium. Rosa, who came to bat after an intentional walk to Dustin Williams, sent a Kyler Stout pitch to left-center, where it bounced over the fence to give the Cowboys their first victory against ORU in five games.
“To get this one tonight was awesome,” Rosa said. “Great team win.
“It was really cool to have the team come out and come pick you up like that.
