Rogers, Cowboys breeze through Reno Tournament of Champions

The Oklahoma State Wrestling team won seven titles at the Reno Tournament of Champions on Thursday, dominating its way to a team title.

The Cowboys scored 204.5 team points thanks to seven first-place finishes, three second-place finishes and one third-place finish.

The most dominant Cowboy Thursday was senior Chandler Rogers, who ran away with the 165-pound bracket, scoring four falls in his five matches on his way to an individual title.

Daton Fix won an individual title at 133 with a 10-4 victory in the title match against Anthony Tutolo of Michigan State.

Kaden Gfeller secured his second tournament win of the season with a 13-5 victory against teammate Dusty Hone in the 149 final.
