Seales — a 6-foot, 205-pound senior from Port Arthur, Texas — entered guilty pleas on both misdemeanor accounts after he was pulled over about 12:30 a.m. Oct. 25 in Stillwater. Seales was administered two breath tests, recording .14 and .15, which is nearly twice the legal limit (.08). The arresting officer also reported a cup of peach liquor in the front passenger seat and two bottles of cold peach liquor with broken seals near the center console.
Seales' one-year probation requires he complete alcohol/drug substance abuse counseling, a victim's impact panel, 25 hours of community service and more than $1,000 in fines/court costs.
