Report: OSU freshman LB Blake Barron suffers knee injury

With the season just less than three weeks away, Oklahoma State's linebacker depth has reportedly taken another hit.

Days after coach Mike Gundy announced that junior Patrick Macon will miss "a couple, three months" with a foot injury, Pistol Firing Blog's Kyle Boone reported that freshman Blake Barron suffered a knee injury believed to be a torn ACL during Wednesday's practice. Barron was scheduled to undergo an MRI on Friday, per reports from PFB and GoPokes.com.

Wednesday was OSU's second practice in full pads. Barron was unlikely to see much time at linebacker in 2018 but could've contributed on special teams.
