STILLWATER — Oklahoma State quarterback J.W. Walsh will join the staff at TCU as a graduate assistant, according to a report from 247Sports.com.

Walsh told The Oklahoman in November he was hopeful, but realistic about the unlikely chance for a sixth year of eligibility. But should Walsh take the next step of his football career to the sidelines as a graduate assistant in Fort Worth, it would certainly fall in line with coach Mike Gundy's expectations.
