Report: Oklahoma State offensive coordinator Mike Yurcich in running for same position at Ohio State

A day after he sidestepped questions regarding the possibility he will Tennessee's next offensive coordinator, Oklahoma State's Mike Yurcich appeared as a candidate for another notable position.

Yurcich, who has been the Cowboys' offensive coordinator since 2013, is "a name to watch" to Ohio State's offensive coordinator, per a report from Letterman Row's Austin Ward. Yurcich, 43, is a native of Euclid, Ohio.

"I know you guys gotta do your job, and my job is to prepare this team for Missouri," Yurcich said Thursday when asked about the Tennessee reports.“It's that particular time of year where speculation occurs.
