Former Montana and Colorado School of Mines coach Bob Stitt is expected to join the Oklahoma State staff as an offensive analyst, Sports Illustrated's Bruce Feldman reported.
Stitt, 53, is considered one of the brightest offensive minds throughout college football. Stitt was fired at Montana after going 21-14 during three seasons. He began his career with a victory against No. 1 North Dakota State, the defending national champs, and quarterback Carson Wentz.
Stitt created the fly-sweep-touch base scheme, one which West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen used en route to scoring 70 points in the 2012 Orange Bowl against Clemson.
