Wyatt Sheets is hunting for vengeance against a familiar foe.
Dating back to February 2019, Oklahoma State’s 157-pound wrestler, No. 13 Wyatt Sheets and Lehigh’s No. 8 Josh Humphreys have battled twice. The two standout wrestlers are in a deadlock at 1-1 and with their third bout on Sunday, Sheets is looking for redemption.
“Last time we wrestled he kind of beat me up,” Sheets said. “I took for granted the bottom
position a lot and that hurt me.”
Sheets fell to Humphreys with a major decision loss 16-2 back in November 2019. Humphreys
dominated Sheets with a pair of four-point near falls and was never able to get a hold of the
match.
