The loud, high-energy environment of Homecoming and Hoops reminded Markel Brown of the days when he experienced Oklahoma State’s homecoming festivities as a student-athlete.
Brown hadn’t played for the Cowboy basketball team since 2014, but he returned to Gallagher-Iba Arena as one of four judges for the dunk contest Friday night.
After point guard Avery Anderson won, Brown met with reporters to talk about the past and future of Cowboy basketball as well as his professional career.
