Marcus Watson, a freshman on the Oklahoma State men’s basketball team, was suspended last week after a protective order was filed against him.
The allegation is serious: rape.
The order was filed and granted Oct. 21.
The woman who filed the order alleged that Watson raped her at his apartment Oct. 19.
According to the petition for protective order, Watson and the woman went back to his apartment at Morsani Hall after leaving an event. The woman said four people were going to Watson’s apartment, but two chose to go elsewhere.
