South Alabama running back La’Damian Webb showcased his explosiveness and versatility in his team’s dominant 33-7 performance over OSU.
He finished the game with 18 carries for 151 yards and two touchdowns.
OSU had little to celebrate in Saturday’s loss, given that South Alabama outplayed them in every category. The Jaguars had 395 total yards of offense, zero turnovers and 18 first downs. They also held possession for over 34 minutes of game time.
The Jaguars had plenty of highlight-reel moments, including a 65-yard touchdown run by Webb in the fourth quarter. His team held a 26-7 lead with just over seven minutes remaining, but his second touchdown run of the night put an exclamation point on USA’s shocking road triumph.
