WACO -- The Oklahoma State football team talks about penalties every day, but all that talk didn’t matter Saturday.

Play after play, officials tossed their bright yellow flags on the field. Undisciplined plays wounded the Cowboys in their 35-31 loss to Baylor in McLane Stadium.

OSU coach Mike Gundy said the penalties his players committed ultimately cost them the game.

“What disappoints me is we talk about it every single day, every practice, every meeting, and I talk about it twice before we go on the field, once in the hotel and once in the locker room,” Gundy said.
