Oklahoma State wasn’t planning on loading up so many of its starters on the bus to Saint Charles, Missouri, for the Lindenwood Open this weekend.
The Cowboys’ schedule has nearly a month between its season-opening win against Bucknell on Nov. 10 and their next dual against Lehigh on Dec. 8. Because of the lull, over 30 OSU wrestlers competed at the Lindenwood Open on Saturday. The only other action between then and that next dual with Lehigh is the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational on Dec. 1-2.
OSU’s schedule for 2023-24 wasn’t supposed to be this way, though.
