One of the toughest high school wrestling tournaments in the country was this Saturday, and a few future Cowboys were participating. Dustin Plott, Konner Doucet, Brevin Balmeceda, and Chance McLane all made their way to the Super 32 in North Carolina this past weekend.
Plott might have been the most impressive wrestler in the entire tournament, taking took home a belt at 170 pounds and possibly winning Outstanding Wrestler.
Plott came in as the No. 1 seed, and pretty comfortably worked his way to the semifinals before he reached much resistance. There he took on Northwestern commit Troy Fisher, where he won 4-3.
