Husky Classic
The Oklahoma State distance team braved the winter nightmare Friday in Seattle, Washington, at the Husky Classic.
Because of weather conditions, the meet was condensed into one day.
The OSU men and women ran with some of the best in the nation on their trip to the northwest.
Five runners for the distance crew had top-15 finishes in hotly-contested races.
Isai Rodriguez finished eighth in the men’s 3,000 meter. Rodriguez, who finished fourth at the NCAA Cross Country Championships, ran a time of 7:54.33.
The Cowgirls claimed the other four top-15 finishes.
