Oklahoma State football will host Western Illinois of the Football Championship Subdivision on Sept. 19, 2020, WIU announced on its athletics website Wednesday.
This will be OSU's first meeting against WIU, a member of the Missouri Valley Conference that finished 6-5 (3-5 MVC) last season. OSU previously scheduled to host South Alabama on the same 2020 date. That game has been moved to 2023, per an OSU team spokesman.
In addition to WIU, the Cowboys' 2020 non-conference schedule includes a home opener against Oregon State (Sept. 3) and a visit from Tulsa (Sept. 12).
