It wasn’t the Cowboys’ prettiest win, but it was a win, nonetheless.
OSU defeated Texas Tech, 41-31, in a game that was reminiscent of a Big 12 offensive shootout of the past.
Texas Tech started things off with an 11-play, 75-yard touchdown drive to open the game, presenting OSU its biggest deficit of the season. The Cowboys countered and found the end zone on a Bryson Green reception just 29 seconds later.
OSU tacked on two more scoring drives and built a 10-point lead. But just when it seemed the Cowboys had settled down and gained control, the Red Raiders scored a pair of touchdown in a three-minute stretch to take a 21-17 lead in the second quarter.
