From Brandi Needham, to Logan Simunek, to Shea Coats and Christina Biggerstaff, the Oklahoma State pitching rotation has been on fire recently, passing along the hot hand from game to game.
The Cowgirl softball team dominated day two of the Mizuno Classic with a 3-2 win against Tennessee Tech and a 9-2 win against Abilene Christian. OSU remains undefeated in the tournament with one game left to play.
Although the bats were swinging and home runs were being hit, coach Kenny Gajewski credits his pitchers for keeping opponents’ scores low.
“I don’t think we’ve given up more than three runs in any game,” Gajewski said.
