STILLWATER — Oklahoma State senior pitcher Carrie Eberle doubled down as the Big 12 Softball Pitcher of the Week, the conference announced Tuesday.
A week after sharing the honor, Eberle did so again following an even more dominant performance. Eberle threw a no-hitter and a two-hit shutout, extending her string of innings without allowing an earned run to 33.
It was the third time this season an OSU player has received the honor, with freshman Kelly Maxwell getting the nod in the opening week of the season, when she threw a perfect game in her collegiate debut.
