STILLWATER — Oklahoma State pitcher Carrie Eberle was named the Big 12 Co-Pitcher of the Week for her 17 innings of work at the St. Pete/Clearwater Elite Invitational over the weekend.
In four appearances, the senior graduate transfer earned two wins and two saves, allowing two runs (both unearned) on nine hits. OSU went 4-1 for the weekend, upsetting No. 14 Minnesota and No. 9 Alabama.
For the season, Eberle is now 3-1 with a 0.75 earned-run average and 24 strikeouts in 28 innings.
She’s the second OSU pitcher to be recognized by the Big 12 through just two weeks of action.
