On Tuesday Gatorade announced their players of year awards. That included an Oklahoma baseball star who will be donning the orange and black next season.
Ryan Vilade from Stillwater High School was given the baseball Player of The Year award for the state of Oklahoma.
Vilade had an outstanding senior season, with a .410 batting average, seven home runs and 38 RBIs. This kid should be a great addition to Cowboys.
It’s no surprise that Vilade would chose to stay right here in Stillwater, his dad James is a coach for the Cowboys. He shared this tweet congratulating his son:
Vilade joins Carson Teel and Johnathan Littel as Stillwater High alum on the team.
