Oklahoma State landed a commitment on Sunday afternoon from 6’4, 270 pound Denton, Texas product Grant Mahon.
Mahon took to Twitter to make his announcement public after several visits to Stillwater. Now, let’s look at what Mahon’s commitment means for Oklahoma State.
Class Fit
Mahon is the first defensive lineman and third overall commit for the Cowboys in the 2020 class. Oklahoma State was the first school to offer the young defensive lineman. Currently, they are also the only school that has offered Mahon. Regardless, he’s a solid piece to add for the 2020 class to get the ball rolling along with Jabbar Muhammad on that side of the ball.
